ECR-VP
Epistemic Coherence Review and Verification Protocol
What it is
ECR-VP is a structural verification protocol. It determines whether a body of architectural work satisfies coherence predicates — before regime transition, before grant submission, before engineering implementation begins. It does not evaluate quality. It does not produce scores. It produces structural evidence: whether the corpus holds together under independent examination, where it breaks, and what remains unresolved.
How it works
Multiple isolated language models receive identical corpus input in clean sessions and produce independent structured reports. Interpreters never see each other’s outputs. The author provides no feedback, no hints, no clarification during the process. Final synthesis is always performed by a human.
IDENTITY FIXATION
The corpus is sealed before analysis begins. Nothing changes during verification.
INTERPRETER ISOLATION
Each model works alone. No cross-contamination between sessions.
MODE SEPARATION
Architectural class, internal consistency, realizability, failure modes, novelty, and verdict are kept in separate logical regimes. They do not bleed into each other.
NO NUMERICAL SCORING
The protocol excludes ratings, rankings, and aggregation. Structural axes only.
HUMAN SYNTHESIS
The coherence map and Author’s Response are produced by a human. This step cannot be automated.

The shell handles: corpus passport generation via SHA-256 hashing · session orchestration · immutable artifact storage · interpreter dispatch across Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Microsoft (Copilot), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Meta (LLaMA), Mistral, Qwen and other models selected for divergent reasoning and analytical profiles · structured report export per session.
Outputs are captured as read-only artifacts at the moment of generation. Nothing is editable after capture. The shell does not score, rank, aggregate, give feedback to interpreters, or automate synthesis.
